After
consultation with the chairman of the EABA Legal Commission
Dr. B. Rosengren I have to give you the following information:
1.
The message handed over to me is not acceptable
because it was not written on an official paper of the Russian
Boxing Federation, it
was not dated, with no outgoing number and stamp.
2.
The same applies to the attached subscribers list: it does not contain
the official names of the federations, the titles and signatures of the
authorized persons, stamps of the federations concerned.
3.
The reasons stated are not satisfactorily
specified and not urgent
enough to justify for
an
extraordinary Congress to
be called just nine months before the 10th Ordinary election Congress
of EABA.
4.
Summoning an extraordinary
Congress five months
before the regular congress is economically
indefensible.
