TO: Heads of National Boxing Associations � EABA Members

Dear Sirs,

For our great regret the amateur boxing became not such entertainment and popular as earlier.

Incomplete rules are one the reasons of this fact, not always objecitve refereing and inefficinet

work of EABA leading bodies.

In accordance with Article 5 of EABA Regulations Czech Boxing Federation and Initiative group

are asking to convene an Extraordinary Congress. The dissatisfaction with activity of EABA

leading bodies is the reason for this demand. We propose the following Agenda: the lection of

EABA President, Vice-presidents and EABA EC members.

However, EABA Officials, in their correspondence with the member associations, are asking for

the extra reasons to hold the Congress. They insist that the reasons specified in the requirement, are not

serious enough, and they supose that the Extraordinary Congress is inexpediency to hold now, shortly

before the Regular Congress. All this leading to violate the democratic values, rights of the National

Boxing Associations as EABA members and requiurements of EABA Rules.

Taking into consideretaion all abovementioned we are asking you not to be indifferent to the future

of the boxing development. We need your positive initiative � it is necessary to make the important

decisions jointly but not in accordance with the whim of some EABA leading bodies.

We also are asking you to be active for the sake of boxing future and to come to Prague for an

Extraordinary Congress on 13-15 January 2006. Accommodation, meals, transport and daily expences are covered by the Organizers.
